一開始就是「國際」的——How to NOISE，王福瑞的DIY實踐與「經．神．經」

王福瑞於九〇年代末於在地實驗架設「NOISE@TAIWAN網站」，將NOISE全文上線。

「NOISE@TAIWAN網站」摘錄部份文章全文上線。此為NOISE第一期（1993）刊載介紹香港噪音藝術家Xper.Xr.，由王福瑞撰文。

1995年台北縣文化中心辦理「台北縣美展」，規劃四階段的「新寶島藝術季」，包含於板橋酒廠的「臺北國際後工業藝術祭」。第十期NOISE（1996）報導1995年台北後工業藝術祭（原名「1995（第二屆）台北破爛生活節」）。

「經．神．經」（Ching-Shen-Ching）第一首作品'The Ford of Delusion'收錄於1997年NOISE／TAIWAN發行的的專輯〈以噪音溫柔地殺我〉（”KILLING ME SOFTLY WITH NOISE）”。圖為專輯封面。（圖片提供：王福瑞）
